Please consider offering your time to help make our Bonsai Show a success. There are many jobs involved throughout the weekend, from setting up on Friday to packing up on Sunday.

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

SHOW SET UP ON FRIDAY 16TH OCT

We're seeking volunteers to assist with setting up for the show. Tasks include setting up the exhibition area, table covers, BBQ area, marquees, signage, clinic area and more.

9:00am to 12.30pm

12.30pm to 5.00pm

All day

SAUSAGE SIZZLE

We're looking for volunteers to assist with cooking sausages and onions and helping run the BBQ throughout the show.

BONSAI CLINIC

Calling all experienced bonsai students and teachers. Duties include: • Providing advice on bonsai care • Assisting visitors with their trees • Answering questions • Promoting The School of Bonsai

Saturday 1.00pm to 4.00pm

Sunday 9:00am to 11.00am

RAFFLE TICKET SALES

Duties include: • Meeting and greeting visitors • Selling raffle tickets

SHOW STEWARD

Duties include: • Welcoming visitors • Spraying bonsai trees with water • Monitoring displays • Assisting guests where required

PACK-UP CREW

Help dismantle displays, pack equipment and clean up after the show.

4:00pm onwards
